Manage daily operations at a naturopathic clinic near Green Lake.
Are you an experienced healthcare operations leader who thrives on building systems, supporting teams, and creating an exceptional patient experience? If so, this is an opportunity to join a respected, established naturopathic clinic in one of Seattle's most desirable neighborhoods.
Full Circle Natural Medicine is a woman-owned naturopathic practice with five doctors and three administrative staff. We are looking for an experienced Clinic Manager to oversee daily operations and partner with the owner on the next phase of the clinic's growth.
The ideal candidate brings strong, hands-on experience in clinical or healthcare operations, sound judgment, and a calm, proactive leadership style. We are looking for someone organized, direct, and confident in making decisions. You will work closely with the doctors and admin team and own the operational side of the clinic.

Responsibilities
What You'll Do
• Run daily clinic operations, including patient flow, provider schedules, and admin team coordination
• Oversee insurance billing, payroll support, vendor relationships, and regulatory compliance
• Manage and improve our clinical systems (Charm EHR, Google Workspace, ClickUp)
• Hire, onboard, and train admin staff alongside clinic leadership
• Handle inventory, supplies, clinic events, and selected marketing coordination
• Track operational data and identify what needs to change
Qualifications
Required Experience
• 3+ years directly managing a healthcare clinic or medical practice.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, improve processes, and keep day-to-day operations running smoothly
• Direct experience with EHR systems and clinical workflow
• Working knowledge of HIPAA, insurance billing, and provider scheduling
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Comfort with technology, project management, and reporting tools
Bonus
• Experience in a naturopathic, integrative, or functional medicine clinic
• Familiarity with Charm EHR specifically
