Position Summary

The Property Clerk manages inventory, supplies, equipment, and property records to support daily Center operations. This role ensures materials are properly received, tracked, stored, and distributed while maintaining accurate documentation and compliance with company and Department of Labor requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive, inspect, organize, and distribute deliveries and shipments.
  • Maintain accurate inventory, property, and asset records.
  • Track equipment, furniture, supplies, and Center property.
  • Support purchasing, receiving, stocking, and inventory distribution processes.
  • Conduct inventory counts and resolve discrepancies.
  • Maintain organized storage areas and ensure proper asset accountability.
  • Prepare reports, logs, and documentation using company systems.
  • Ensure accurate recordkeeping while following confidentiality and integrity standards.
  • Coordinate with departments to fulfill supply and equipment requests.
  • Provide excellent customer service to staff, students, and vendors.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
  • Prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and support special projects as needed.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, purchasing, shipping/receiving, or property management preferred.
  • Strong organizational and computer skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
