Job description

Looking for a detail-oriented, energetic person with great people skills who is interested in working with teammates in a very active optometry office. We are seeking the right candidate who is looking for a long-term employment opportunity. We are looking for a receptionist to perform customer service, clerical, and technical services to assist the Optometrist. Duties to include answering the phone, notification of patients, authorizing insurances, and performing preliminary tests on patients. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic and has prior medical front desk and customer service experience. We will train or further educate selected candidates that match our requirements. We take pride in our customer service at all times and are only seeking candidates who can uphold our high customer service standards. This position is full-time or part-time.
