Ternium is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented  Part Time Clerical Assistant (20-30 hours/week) to support our growing team. What You'll Do: 
As a Clerical Assistant, you'll play a critical role in supporting our internal teams and clients through a variety of administrative functions. Your day-to-day tasks will ensure smooth documentation processes and timely claim appeals, directly contributing to the financial health of our healthcare partners. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Process incoming and outgoing mail, scanning, and document consolidation and indexing.
  • Organize and maintain documents in a paper or electronic filing system.
  • Consistently document all activity in a clear, concise, and comprehensive manner.
  • Perform follow-up status requests through telephone, internet, and/or fax requests.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of internal policies and client systems and credentials.
  • Assist in special projects as assigned.
  • Additional duties as assigned. 
  • Shift: Afternoons/Evenings

What You Bring to the Table: 

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 25 lbs.
  • Reliable transportation (for occasional post office runs). 
  • Ability to work in-person out of our corporate office (Chapel Hill, NC) 3:00 pm-7:00 pm Monday-Friday

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Associate or bachelor's degree.
  • Experience in revenue cycle, claims processing, medical billing, or insurance follow-up.
  • Prior clerical or administrative experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written/verbal communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to adapt and prioritize in a dynamic team setting
