Our team supports the development of secure collaboration spaces, classified environments, and mission-enabling facilities that help customers execute critical national security missions. You will excel in this role if you are: * A collaborative engineer who thrives as part of an integrated technical team * Self-motivated with a desire to build and expand your technical expertise * Familiar with Agile frameworks and methodologies * A forward thinker who enjoys learning new technologies and driving network innovation * Experienced with Cisco, Dell, and Juniper networking products * Skilled in network design, routing, switching, and optimization * Knowledgeable about network security measures, including firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection systems A day in the life consists of: * Designing, configuring, and maintaining complex network infrastructure across multiple mission areas * Implementing and managing secure communication paths in compliance with customer and industry standards * Monitoring network performance, analyzing traffic patterns, and resolving connectivity issues * Supporting the implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT and network systems * Managing network operations, ensuring high availability, performance, and reliability * Leading troubleshooting efforts and providing technical mentorship to junior engineers and support staff * Conducting network capacity planning and optimization * Developing and maintaining documentation for network configurations, processes, and procedures * Implementing upgrades and enhancements to improve reliability, scalability, and performance Must Haves: * Active or current TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance * PhD + 10 years of experience, or * Master’s + 12 years of experience, or * Bachelor’s + 14 years of experience, or * Associate’s + 16 years of experience, or * High School/GED + 18 years of experience * IAT Level II certification * Strong experience with Cisco, Dell, and Juniper products * Expertise in network protocols, routing, and switching technologies (BGP, OSPF, VLANs, etc.) * Proficiency in network security tools and practices (firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPN) * Strong VMware skills are highly desirable * Working knowledge of hardware and desktop support, including Thin Client networking and administration Nice to have * System Administration or Infrastructure Engineering experience * Industry certifications at IAT Level III ClearPoint is committed to delivering secure, compliant environments that enable our partners to operate effectively in mission-critical settings.
