Job description

Office Manager

Company: See Clearly Eye Care

Location: Palmetto / Parrish Area

Job Type: Full-Time

Ready to lead, grow, and build something incredible?

At See Clearly Eye Care, we aren’t just opening a new location—we are building a community staple from the ground up. We are looking for a high-energy, detail-oriented, and deeply empathetic Office Manager to captain our brand-new practice in the Palmetto/Parrish area.

If you are a natural-born leader, a master of first impressions, and someone who thrives on ownership and results, we want you on our team. We don’t just want an employee; we want a winner who is excited to grow alongside our expanding company.

The Role: What You’ll Do

As our Office Manager, you are the heartbeat of the practice. You will have the autonomy to run day-to-day operations while mentoring a team dedicated to exceptional care.

  • Own the Floor: Oversee daily front desk operations, optimize patient flow, and ensure the schedule runs like a well-oiled machine.
  • Lead & Mentor: Empower, train, and inspire our administrative and optical teams to deliver their absolute best.
  • Drive Results: Monitor and elevate key performance metrics (capture rates, revenue per patient, and patient satisfaction) because you love to win.
  • Bridge the Gap: Partner closely with our clinical team to create a seamless, world-class patient experience from check-in to check-out.
  • Keep Us Sharp: Ensure full compliance with insurance billing requirements and office protocols.
  • Be the Face of the Brand: Support local marketing and community outreach initiatives to help put our new practice on the map.

Who You Are (The Ideal Candidate)

  • A True Self-Starter: You don’t wait for instructions. You see a need, figure out a solution, and execute it. You are comfortable working semi-independently and take pride in owning your space.
  • Obsessed with Customer Service: You genuinely care about people. You know how to make every patient feel seen, heard, and valued the second they walk through the door.
  • Growth-Minded: You want more than just a paycheck—you want a career. You are excited about the prospect of growing with a rising company.
  • An Excellent Communicator: You can navigate conversations with patients, clinical staff, and management with absolute professionalism and clarity.

Experience Note: Optical or retail management experience is a huge plus, but not required. If you have the drive, the leadership skills, and the customer service chops, we will provide all the training you need to master the optical industry!

What We Offer

  • A dynamic, modern, and supportive work environment.
  • The unique opportunity to launch and shape a brand-new practice.
  • Hands-on training and mentorship.
  • Competitive compensation and clear pathways for professional growth.
