At Clearfork Academy, we provide high-quality substance abuse and mental health treatment for adolescents and young adults. We're looking for a confident, adaptable, and solutions-focused Licensed Vocational Nurse who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys balancing patient care, clinical responsibilities, and real-time problem solving.

  • Enjoy working independently while collaborating with a larger treatment team
  • Communicate confidently and professionally with patients, families, and coworkers
  • Like taking ownership of your responsibilities and seeing tasks through to completion

  • Are motivated by meaningful work that creates positive outcomes for others
What We're Looking For
  • Current and unrestricted Texas LVN license
  • Minimum one year of nursing experience preferred
  • Behavioral health, substance abuse treatment, or psychiatric nursing experience is a plus
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
  • Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a changing environment
  • Knowledge of medication administration, patient monitoring, and nursing standards of care
  • Strong critical-thinking and communication skills
  • Commitment to professionalism, ethics, and patient confidentiality
Why Clearfork Academy?
  • Meaningful work that directly impacts young lives
  • Fast-moving environment that keeps you engaged and challenged
  • Supportive leadership and collaborative clinical team
