At Clearfork Academy, we provide high-quality substance abuse and mental health treatment for adolescents and young adults. We're looking for a dependable, observant, and compassionate Behavioral Health Technician who thrives in a structured environment and takes pride in supporting clients through consistency, professionalism, and attention to detail. What You'll Do
  • Monitor client safety and well-being through regular observations and documentation
  • Conduct patient rounds, wellness checks, and facility safety inspections
  • Record vital signs and assist with urine drug screening procedures
  • Support educational, recreational, and therapeutic activities
  • Assist with program orientation and client supervision
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Help ensure compliance with facility policies, procedures, and safety standards
  • Provide transportation support when assigned
  • Assist with routine housekeeping and facility upkeep
  • Collaborate with nurses, counselors, and clinical staff to support quality patient care
