Job description

The Cleaning Specialist is responsible for detailing surfaces throughout the property.

Duties:

  • Maintain the glass, office windows, lighted signs, door, ceiling tiles, and tambour.

  • Vacuum vents.

  • Set up and break down scaffold.

  • Clean and dispose of biohazards on property.

  • Use of all cleaning chemicals within the department.

  • Immediately report any mechanical issues or safety concerns to management.

Qualifications:

  • Prior cleaning experience preferred.

  • Must be able to use and operate Scaffolds, Ladders, Sky Jack, and Boom lifts.

  • Able to communicate, read and write in English.
