Job Details
START IMMEDIATELY - Cleaner with Janitorial Experience. Schedule and Location: Boca Raton - Monday through Friday from 12pm to 4pm (20 hours/ Weekly).
We are looking for cleaning specialists that are dedicated, detailed oriented and passionate about delivering exceptional quality.
What You'll Do:
  • Clean floors and surfaces using prescribed cleaning methods and procedures
  • Mix appropriate proportions of cleaning and disinfecting materials following safety protocols.
  • Dust, mop and sweep offices break areas, restrooms, common areas, or other type of rooms depending on the account assigned.
  • Clean and disinfect areas as per scope of work.
  • Empty trash receptacles.
  • Inform supervisor or Area Manager is any supplies are needed.
  • Inform housekeeping supervisor of any cleaning equipment that may need repair or replacement.
  • Inform housekeeping supervisor about any building hazard
  • Maintain a clean and organized storage area for cleaning equipment and supplies.
  • Organize janitorial storage closet as needed.
  • Secure all interior offices if applicable.
  • Shut off all lights if required.
  • Set alarm if applicable and secure main entry door.
  • Other duties as needed are based on scope of work.

What We're Looking For:
  • Maintenance and/or cleaning experience.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
  • Detail-oriented and meticulous.
  • Must be a team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Must be able to perform tasks that involve light lifting, bending, and stooping.
  • Must maintain a strong awareness of safety at all times.
  • Must be able to pass a Background Check
  • Must be able to pass Drug Test
  • Bilingual English & Spanish preferred
