Job Description
We are looking for reliable and hardworking Field Cleaning Technicians to join our team on a flexible, shift-based schedule. This position is ideal for someone looking for cleaning work with flexible availability, where shifts are posted and team members can choose the shifts that fit their schedule.
Work may take place at different job sites and may include general cleaning, project-based cleaning, event cleaning, post-construction cleaning, and other cleaning assignments depending on company needs.
Key Responsibilities
  • Perform cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, trash removal, restroom cleaning, and surface disinfecting.
  • Assist with project-based cleaning tasks such as post-construction cleaning, floor care, carpet cleaning, pressure washing, window cleaning, and detail cleaning.
  • Use cleaning equipment, tools, supplies, and chemicals safely and properly.
  • Follow company procedures, safety guidelines, and required PPE standards.
  • Report equipment issues, supply needs, safety concerns, or job-site issues to the supervisor.
  • Complete assigned tasks on time and according to company quality standards.
  • Work professionally with team members, supervisors, and clients when needed.
  • Be willing to support different types of cleaning projects depending on shift availability and company needs.
Vehicle / Transportation Requirement
Employees must have reliable transportation to report to assigned job sites or designated meeting locations. Depending on the project, employees may meet at the office, travel with the team, or report directly to the job site. Company vehicles, equipment, and supplies may be provided when required for specific projects.
Schedule
This is a flexible, shift-based position. Shifts may be available Monday through Sunday and can take place at different times, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, overnight, early mornings, or weekends.
Team members can choose from posted shifts based on their availability and company scheduling needs
Requirements
  • Previous cleaning, janitorial, general labor, or service-industry experience preferred.
  • Flexible availability Monday through Sunday.
  • Ability to work different shift times, including mornings, evenings, nights, weekends, or early mornings depending on posted shifts.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working on your feet for long periods.
  • Reliable transportation to job sites or designated meeting locations.
  • Valid driver's license preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • Dependable, punctual, and willing to work as part of a team.
  • Ability to pass a background check and employment eligibility verification.
  • Spanish is a plus but not required.
