Surgical Technologist โ€“ Full-Time Position

Weโ€™re looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Surgical Technologist to join our high-performing surgical team in an ambulatory surgery center. Youโ€™ll play a vital role in ensuring operating rooms are prepped, sterile, and equipped for surgical procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and set up sterile surgical instruments, supplies, and equipment for procedures
  • Assist surgeons and operating room staff during surgeries, ensuring aseptic technique is maintained
  • Anticipate the needs of the surgical team and pass instruments efficiently
  • Count sponges, needles, and instruments before and after procedures
  • Handle specimens appropriately and ensure accurate labeling
  • Clean, disinfect, and restock ORs between procedures
  • Collaborate closely with nurses, anesthesia, and sterile processing teams
  • Uphold infection control standards and ensure regulatory compliance

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program
  • Certification as a Surgical Technologist (CST) preferred
  • Current BLS certification
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a surgical setting preferred
