Job Summary:

The Cleaning Technician is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in commercial facilities, following detailed cleaning specifications for each assigned site. The role ensures high standards of cleanliness, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cleaning & Maintenance:
  • Clean offices, restrooms, kitchens, hallways, and other areas according to job specifications.
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize high-touch areas (e.g., door handles, light switches).
  • Restock supplies like paper towels and soap, and ensure all dispensers are functional.
  • Health & Safety:
  • Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely, following company protocols.
  • Handle spills or accidents promptly and follow proper procedures.
  • Efficiency & Quality:
  • Prioritize tasks and complete cleaning within scheduled time, maintaining high standards.
  • Ensure all areas are sanitized, with a focus on high-traffic zones like restrooms and kitchens.
  • Customer Service:
  • Address any feedback or concerns from clients or supervisors regarding cleaning quality.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure tasks are completed.
