What You'll Do

As aย Cleaning Technician โ€“ Carpet & Floor Cleaning, you will:
ย 

  • Performย professional carpet cleaning servicesย using hot water extraction (steam cleaning)
  • Cleanย carpets, rugs, upholstery, tile & grout, and other flooring surfaces
  • Operateย truck-mounted carpet cleaning equipment and professional floor cleaning tools
  • Lead and train technicians on proper cleaning techniques and equipment use
  • Communicate with customers and provide excellent service onsite
  • Inspect completed jobs to ensure quality standards are met
  • Maintain company vehicles, hoses, and cleaning equipment
  • Document completed work and job details
  • Follow company safety procedures and industry best practices

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with experience inย carpet cleaning, floor cleaning, or restoration services, but we are willing to train the right candidate.

Preferred qualifications include:

  • 2+ years experience as aย carpet cleaning technician, floor cleaning technician, or restoration technician
  • Experience operatingย truck-mounted carpet cleaning equipment
  • Leadership or crew lead experience
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Valid driverโ€™s license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical work

Carpet cleaning or floor cleaning experience preferred but not required. Paid training provided.IICRC certification is a plus but not required.
