Job description

General Cleaner

Seeking a Part-Time General Cleaner to clean and maintain office Building in the Franklin area (Monday-Thursday 5:00pm-10:00pm and Friday starting at 4:30pm- 9:30pm. Cleaner must be detail oriented able to work independently.

General Cleaners maintain the cleanliness of their designated buildings/areas by performing various cleaning duties. Cleaner must be flexible and willing to complete all tasks that are assigned by the supervisor/manager.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESONSIBILITIES:

  • Dust surfaces include desktops, cabinet tops, partitions, etc.
  • Empty wastebaskets and recyclables; transport to designated disposal area.
  • Sweep and mop hard surfaced floors.
  • Vacuum floors using upright vacuum and/or vac paks.
  • Spot clean carpet.
  • Clean glass areas.
  • Clean and disinfect sinks, countertops, toilets, mirrors, floors, etc.
  • Clean restrooms and maintain supplies- ensure restrooms are stocked
  • Polish metalwork, such as fixtures and fittings.
  • Job duties and/or assigned areas may be modified at any time based on customer or manager discretion.
  • Follow all company Safety standards and procedures.
