Job description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Specialist to join our small, collaborative team. This is a hands-on position where your work directly impacts our operations and success. You’ll be part of a fast-paced, tech-savvy environment, working with multiple teams including inventory, purchasing, and hardware integration. Our warehouse is clean, climate-controlled, and organized, providing a safe and efficient space to get work done.

As a key member of our team, you’ll ensure inventory accuracy, proper order fulfillment, and smooth warehouse operations. Your attention to detail, ability to problem-solve, and proactive attitude will help keep our team running efficiently.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments.
  • Prepare and ship orders using UPS WorldShip, ODFL, and other freight carriers.
  • Pack distribution orders, assemble small kits, and create skid tags.
  • Perform quality assurance inspections on consumable media and send QA reports.
  • Count monthly inventory and maintain accurate stock records.
  • Conduct general warehouse tasks, including sweeping floors, removing boxes, and keeping the space organized.
  • Operate inventory management systems and maintain detailed records.
  • Collaborate with inventory, purchasing, and other company teams to support operations.
  • Assist with hardware integration and related processes as needed.
  • Load and unload trucks and handle internal inventory transfers.
  • Maintain a safe, efficient, and organized warehouse environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


Education and Experience:

  • Experience with basic hardware integration or technology setups.
  • Prior experience in warehouse, logistics, or inventory management.
  • Forklift certification required.


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Outlook; Salesforce experience is a plus.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently while collaborating with others.
  • Comfortable performing repetitive tasks and working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving skills and willingness to learn new processes or software.

  • Climate-controlled warehouse (heated and air-conditioned year-round)
  • Clean, organized workspace with an emphasis on accuracy and efficiency
