Position Overview
The Customer Service & Sales Representative will handle incoming calls, follow up with leads, book cleaning appointments, and support our customers before and after service. This role is ideal for someone who is people-oriented, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls, emails, and online inquiries in a professional and friendly manner
  • Provide information about our cleaning services, pricing, and scheduling options
