We are looking for a motivated, friendly, and organized Representative to join our team and be the main point of contact for our clients.

Position Overview
The Customer Service & Sales Representative will handle incoming calls, follow up with leads, book cleaning appointments, and support our customers before and after service. This role is ideal for someone who is people-oriented, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls, emails, and online inquiries in a professional and friendly manner
  • Provide information about our cleaning services, pricing, and scheduling options
  • Convert new leads into booked appointments and recurring clients
  • Create, update, and manage customer profiles and bookings in our system
  • Confirm and adjust appointments as needed; handle rescheduling and cancellations

  • Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and service agreements
  • Follow up with leads, schedule on-site walkthroughs, and negotiate terms to close contracts
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to secure renewals and additional services
  • Work closely with operations to ensure smooth onboarding of new accounts and high client satisfaction
  • Track all sales activities, leads, and contracts in the CRM system
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Qualifications

  • Previous B2B sales experience preferred (janitorial/cleaning, facilities, or service industry a plus)
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Professional, confident, and comfortable speaking with decision-makers (principals, managers, directors, government officials)
