Their duties typically include sweeping, mopping, dusting, sanitizing surfaces, disposing of trash, and restocking supplies. Cleaning Aides play a vital role in ensuring that spaces are safe and pleasant for occupants by following established cleaning protocols and using appropriate equipment and cleaning agents. They may also report maintenance issues or hazards they encounter during their shifts. The work of Cleaning Aides helps prevent the spread of illness and contributes to a healthy environment.
