Position Overview

As the Field Success Manager, you will oversee daily field operations, support cleaning technicians, perform quality inspections, manage team accountability, and ensure clients consistently receive a 5-star experience. You’ll serve as the bridge between ownership, office operations, and field staff.


Responsibilities

Team Leadership

  • Lead, motivate, and support cleaning technicians in the field
  • Conduct team check-ins, coaching, and performance feedback
  • Train new employees on systems, standards, and company expectations
  • Promote accountability, professionalism, and positivity

Quality Control

  • Perform inspections to ensure cleaning quality meets company standards
  • Resolve issues quickly and professionally
  • Maintain consistency across all client homes

Operations Management

  • Monitor schedules and ensure teams stay on time
  • Handle field-related problem-solving throughout the day
  • Communicate with office staff regarding team performance and client updates
  • Ensure supplies are maintained properly

Client Experience

  • Deliver exceptional customer service
  • Address client concerns professionally and efficiently
  • Build long-term client trust and retention
