Part Time/Full Time - Entry Level

Store Director, Assistant Store Director, Grocery Manager
Directs:
Carry-Outs
Pyramid Foods Team Objective
Pyramid Foods believes in supporting our local communities and is dedicated to providing our customers and employees quality food and service at the best prices! In this friendly, flexible team environment, you will play an important role in helping us to provide outstanding service in a clean and friendly atmosphere. Your role in the store is to provide sanitation for the entire store including floor maintenance.
Daily Operations
  • Maintaining exceptional customer service for all clientele
  • Cleaning the entire sales floor by sweeping, running the machine over the floor, and buffing the sales floor to maintain floor shine
  • Spot wax areas that have received damage to the wax
  • Maintaining clean restrooms, back room, and sidewalks as requested by management
  • Keeping all janitorial storage organized and clean
  • Checking refrigeration temperatures and keeping a log
  • Occasionally walking the store to ensure doors are locked and secure

Company Standards
  • Communicating any maintenance issues with the Store Director
  • Complying with all company policies including following dress code and wearing name tag.

Basic Functions and Physical Requirements
Must be able to lift 50 lb. boxes on occasion and/or exert 25-50 lbs. of force frequently and/or 10-20 lbs. of force constantly while moving and handling materials and products. Must have dexterous use of both hands. Must be able to stand and move about to various workstations. Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull items so that objects move toward areas of use. Must be able to use knives and other sharp instruments utilized in the preparations of food items and/or removing products from boxes.
This is medium work requiring good, corrected vision, hearing, lifting, carrying, stooping, kneeling, standing, reaching, pushing, pulling, and the ability to work on floors that sometimes become slippery.
