Job Title: Assistant Supervisor Evening Cleaner

Corporate Cleaning Group is seeking a Energetic candidate for Gilbert, Mesa, and Queen Creek. Looking to get prepared for Leadership roles for a Company that is growing fast in the East Valley

Shift: 4 days a week, operations run Monday to Friday , times can range from 5:30pm (start) to 10:30pm (end), rotating Saturdays. Hours range from 3 to 4.5 hours per night, depending on the projects assigned.

Pay is: $18-$19dlls/hr + Attractive Bonus Program + Growth opportunities (Depends on size of project and experience)+Payday Advance

Project types: Schools, Preschools and Daycares, Churches, Medical Facilities, Corporate offices, Car Dealers or Warehouses

Responsibilities include:

  • The Assistant Supervisor will serve as a point of contact for the night Manager or Supervisor

  • Performs as the Supervisor backup to cover operation on different projects

  • Ensures shift coverage for projects in need on a given day, and same day requests

  • Unlocking & Locking and securing the facility(s) at the beginning and end of each shift.

  • Communicating supply needs to the manager.

  • Ensure all team members are on task

  • Assign tasks accordingly

  • Report any issues with staff, quality, attendance or performance

  • Support Laundry management

  • Supports Training for New Hires

  • Ensures job cards are submitted

  • Quality checks and matching with job cards

  • Flexibility to move to different locations during the week

  • Responsible for ensuring thorough cleaning of specific area within an assigned facility based off of Corporate Cleaning Group procedures.

  • Submit Audit Quality Reports of Facilites assigned after cleaning
  • Expect to move 1 to 3 facilities per night
  • Floates to different projects for coverage when needed
  • Supporting on:

    • Vacuuming, sweeping, mopping
    • Trash Removal
    • Dusting
    • Cleaning all areas of restrooms.
    • Cleaning glass
    • Wiping and disinfecting surfaces.
    • Restocking paper products and soap dispensers.
    • Unclog Toilets
    • Use of Cell phone for daily task report

Requirements:

  • Cleaning experience necessary--training on the job provided also
  • Highly sense of responsibility
  • Have reliable transportation
  • Team oriented, also can complete tasks alone
  • Have an excellent work ethic and an eye for detail
  • Excellent attendance
  • Ability to walk, stand, reach, and bend for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to lift and move items around 10 pounds
