Location: Gilbert, AZ 85233

Pay: $19.00/hr (Bi-weekly pay)

Schedule: Saturday – Wednesday, 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM (30-minute lunch)

Position Summary:

LJ's Cleaning Solutions is seeking a dependable and hands-on Fleet Cleaning Assistant Supervisor to support daily fleet cleaning operations, lead team members, conduct quality inspections, and assist with scheduling and timekeeping. This position requires flexibility, leadership skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

  • Must be 21 years of age or older

  • Resume required

  • Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation

  • Clean background check (no felonies or misdemeanors)

  • Minimum 2 years of fleet detailing or vehicle cleaning experience

  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory or management experience

  • High School Diploma or GED required

  • Bilingual Spanish preferred but not required
