About Us:
Rio Carpet Clean provides expert carpet cleaning and restoration services for apartments and residential clients across El Paso. We’re looking for a reliable Carpet Cleaning Technician to join our team and help keep our clients’ homes fresh and clean.

Position Overview:
As a Carpet Cleaning Technician, you will focus on cleaning carpets and providing excellent service to our clients. We provide the van, equipment, and all necessary supplies—you bring the work ethic and attention to detail! This role will involve driving around El Paso, and cleaning apartments and other properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with carpet cleaning in apartments, focusing on spot treatment, stain removal, and deodorizing
  • Maintain cleanliness and care of equipment and supplies provided by Rio Carpet Clean
  • Uphold high standards of service and professionalism with each client
  • Follow a set daily schedule and ensure timely completion of all jobs

Requirements:

  • Preferred experience in carpet cleaning, but we are willing to train reliable candidates.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow cleaning procedures
  • Reliable and able to work independently
  • Must be comfortable driving around El Paso

Compensation:

This is a commission-based position. Technicians earn approximately $450–$850 per week, depending on workload and performance. Average commission is 20% per completed job. Higher earnings are possible with strong performance.

Work is steady year-round. Immediate start available.
