Essential Personal Transportation: Due to the nature of servicing multiple properties across different locations, you must possess a reliable, insured vehicle as well as a valid driver's license. This is fundamental for traveling punctually and efficiently between assignments.

5-Star Attitude and Communication: We seek individuals capable of maintaining impeccable "5-star" standards on every job, without exception. Furthermore, excellent communication skills—including the ability to respond and coordinate promptly via smartphone—are required for scheduling and on-site problem-solving.

Availability to work weekends.

Ability to lift up to 20 pounds (approx. 9 kg).

Ability to stand and bend for 8 hours.
