Job description

Capital Lighting is seeking a motivated, dependable, and high-energy individual to join our warehouse team at our Polaris Parkway location.
Location: Capital Lighting - Polaris Parkway
Starting Pay: $21.50/hour
Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Receive and process incoming shipments
  • Pick, pack, and fill customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Organize and prepare inventory for scheduled deliveries
  • Maintain accurate inventory tracking throughout warehouse operations
  • Inspect products for damages or defects and document discrepancies
  • Operate warehouse equipment including stock pickers, pallet jacks, and hand trucks
  • Assist with maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
  • Perform routine light cleaning duties throughout the warehouse and common areas
  • Follow all company safety procedures and applicable regulations

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous warehouse experience preferred
  • Familiarity with hand trucks, pallet jacks, and warehouse equipment is preferred, but training will be provided
  • Ability to lift, move, and organize inventory safely
  • Strong multitasking skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude and willingness to adapt to changing daily tasks
