Job Title: Pharmacy Technician (Registered / Certified) – Onsite


Job Description

This onsite role involves preparing and processing prescription medications in a fast-paced, closed-door mail-order pharmacy (fulfillment center). You will work in a structured, high-volume environment filling and packaging prescriptions accurately under pharmacist supervision. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity ideal for licensed pharmacy technicians looking to move out of retail into a more stable, behind-the-scenes role.


Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and fill prescriptions under pharmacist supervision
  • Count, measure, label, and package medications accurately
  • Enter patient and prescription data into pharmacy systems
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulations
  • Monitor inventory levels and restock medications as needed
  • Follow standardized workflows in a high-volume fulfillment environment
  • Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and patient safety
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant workspace
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Active Ohio Pharmacy Technician license (required)

Work Environment

  • Shift 1: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Monday – Friday)
  • Shift 2: Evening shift (2:00 PM – 10:00 PM or 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
