We are seeking dependable manufacturing professionals with experience in mechanical assembly, blueprint reading, hand tool operation, and quality inspection.   • Assemble window and glazing systems according to engineering drawings, blueprints, and customer specifications.
  • Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment to complete assembly operations accurately and efficiently.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and production documentation.
  • Inspect assembled products to verify quality, fit, and compliance with customer requirements.
  • Package completed products for shipment while ensuring proper handling and protection.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with company safety standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily production schedules and quality objectives.
  • Cross-train and assist in other manufacturing and assembly areas as needed.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining high standards of workmanship.

Requirements

  •  High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous manufacturing, production, assembly, or mechanical experience preferred; training is available for qualified candidates.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, work instructions, and production documents.
  • Experience using hand tools, power tools, tape measures, and other measuring equipment.
  • Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
  • Ability to adapt to changing production needs and work effectively in a team environment.
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding work, including standing, lifting, and repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States.
