Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Clean Energy Sales Engagement Associate to support outreach and sales efforts within the renewable energy and energy efficiency sector. This role serves as an initial point of contact for applicants or prospective customers and plays a key role in qualifying interest and scheduling next steps with the sales team.
This position is ideal for individuals interested in clean energy, sustainability, or developing strong communication and sales skills in a growing energy-focused company.
Responsibilities
  • Contact applicants or prospective customers by phone
  • Conduct brief screening conversations to assess interest, availability, and fit
  • Provide a clear overview of the company and its clean energy and energy efficiency solutions
  • Schedule interviews or follow-up appointments for qualified individuals
  • Send follow-up emails or messages to contacts who did not answer calls
  • Confirm appointments and manage reschedules
  • Maintain accurate notes and updates in internal tracking or CRM systems
  • Support the sales pipeline through consistent and professional communication
Qualifications
  • Strong verbal communication and listening skills
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking with new people
  • Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
