We are building a world-class team of holistic estheticians and beauty professionals who are passionate about skincare, beauty, wellness, and client care.

This role is ideal for someone who loves brows, facial waxing, makeup application, and personalized client interaction — and who is also excited to grow into holistic facial services over time through advanced training and mentorship.

Currently, the majority of available shifts are centered around our Brow Bar and beauty service station, with treatment room/facial opportunities growing alongside clientele and experience. The right person will be excited by both: the artistry and relationship-building of brow and beauty services, and the long-term opportunity to deepen their esthetics practice within holistic skincare.

We have one treatment room and one brow/waxing/makeup station, allowing for highly personalized services and strong client connection. This is an incredible opportunity to build a loyal clientele while working around the very best in healthy beauty.

• Provide brow shaping, facial waxing, makeup application, and skincare services following Beauty Heroes protocols

• Tailor services and recommendations to each client’s unique needs and goals

• Develop, maintain, and grow a loyal clientele for Beauty Heroes services

• Learn and grow into holistic facial services and advanced skincare education

• Attend product knowledge trainings and use that information to help customers feel more connected to their beauty and skincare rituals

• Collaborate and participate in in-store events and brand activations

• Provide skincare consultations in-store or online as requested

• Ensure work areas are stocked, clean, organized, and meeting all hygiene and safety standards at all times

• Conduct backbar inventory and support ordering/requisition processes as requested

• Perform opening and closing procedures to ensure treatment spaces remain clean, beautiful, and fully stocked

• Perform services for press, influencers, and strategic partners with the highest level of professionalism

• Provide sales support in-store as needed

• Thoughtful, detail-oriented, and caring

• Passionate about healthy beauty, wellness, and sustainability

• Excited by brows, makeup, waxing, skincare, and client connection

• Interested in growing into holistic facial services and advanced esthetics

• Friendly, engaging, warm, and community-oriented

• Comfortable building relationships and growing a loyal clientele

• Luxury beauty customer service experience and savvy

• Deep interest in skincare ingredients and product education (we can teach you more)

• Self-motivated, creative, organized, and collaborative

• High level of professionalism, communication skills, and discretion

• Excited to be part of a small, dynamic team making a meaningful impact

• California State Esthetics License and/or Cosmetology License

• 2–3 years experience working in a spa, salon, brow bar, or similar environment

• Experience with brow shaping, facial waxing, and/or makeup application preferred

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends

• Must live within comfortable commuting distance to Novato, California
