  • Professional Representation: Serve as the professional, punctual, and engaging face of our client and Noor Workforce Solutions while visiting participating preschools.
  • Prompt Communication: Maintain constant, daily responsiveness by checking email and text messages multiple times a day, confirming receipt, and responding promptly to coordination updates.
  • Data Reporting & Meetings: Enter observation data accurately using your computer and attend scheduled team briefings and meetings via Microsoft Teams.

We are seeking field data collectors who reside in or near—and are willing to drive within—the following California regions:

  • Technology Access: Must have a personal computer for data entry and video capabilities for Microsoft Teams meetings.
  • Relevant Experience: Prior classroom observation experience—particularly with the CLASS® framework—is strongly preferred, though not strictly required.
Project Timeline & Commitment
Candidates must be available for all required project phases:
  • Paid Training: September 2026 (~1 week)
  • Data Collection (Phase 1): October – November 2026 (4–6 weeks)
  • Data Collection (Phase 2): Spring 2027 (4–6 weeks; exact schedule TBD)
Benefits

  • Working for a reputable company in the field
