JOB TITLE

[Biz Admin] (HR) Compensation Specialist

WHAT YOU WILL DO

    Assist in developing and implementing compensation policies, processes, and guidelines, such as salary structures, bonus plans, and incentive programs.
    Provide HR Reporting including attrition, staff demographics, budget report, forecasting, and etc.
    Provide analytical support in salary benchmarking and pay structure review to determine company's competitive position.
    Assist in the alignment, implementation, and maintenance of the compensation programs, including organizational design, market benchmarking, salary structure, and developing salary budgets, to analyze and improve the internal equity and competitive market position.
    Communicate, educate, and train all levels of management and employees on compensation & classification.
    Assist with the annual staffing budget (headcount) for all departments. 
    Perform job evaluations to analyze job duties, responsibilities, and required skills to determine appropriate pay levels and classifications.
    Support the succession planning and promotion processes.
    Support human resources projects and programs. 
    Meet all other requirements as assigned.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE

    Bachelor's degree required.
    Minimum 3+ years of job-related experience required
    Human Resource Management, Organizational Psychology, or Labor Relations major preferred
    Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office knowledge and experience.
    Interpersonal skills such as telephony skills, communication skills, active listening, and customer-care

Travel Requirement
    Domestic / International travel may be required.

Physical Demands
While in Office:
This position is primarily sedentary and requires working at a desk and computer for extended periods. Responsibilities may include:
