Job description

Our Shiftย Lead Doughnut Dealers are key to the smooth running of a shift by ensuring great service and accurate cash handling.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Interact with employees, customers, and vendors in a positive, professional demeanor โ€“ always being of service to those around you.
  • Knowledgeable and proficient in each position within the store.
  • Manages, executes and delegates daily functions of the store, including prepping products, serving customers, and completing daily and weekly cleaning duties.
  • Has safe access and manager authority regarding cash handling, refunds, voids and discounts
  • Ensure sanitation practices are being used in handling and preparing food in the kitchen.
  • Ensures all safety and security policies are being followed as set by the Company.
  • Trains and coaches employees during each shift to ensure Company and brand standards are being met.
  • Uses tools to accomplish goals, manage labor and control inventory.
  • Performs additional tasks as requested by Management and as needed to successfully run the store.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

  • 1 year experience as Shiftย leader
  • Must have Clark County Health Card
  • Legally able to work within State and Federal guidelines

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Continuous standing and walking throughout the duration of each shift.
  • Bending, lifting, and carrying up to 50 pounds.
  • Constant face-to-face interactions with employees and customers.
  • Safely navigate in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • Ability to multi-task and remain positive in busy working conditions.

WORKING CONDITIONS

  • Crew Leaders can expect to have some early mornings, late evenings, weekend and/or holiday hours, and will have additional opening/closing responsibilities. Our stores are 24/7!
