Job Summary
The Project Manager - Clarity PPM will be responsible for managing enterprise project portfolio management initiatives using Broadcom Clarity PPM. This role involves planning, execution, integration coordination, reporting, and stakeholder management to ensure successful delivery of projects aligned with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end project lifecycle using Clarity PPM.
  • Plan, track, and govern projects, programs, and portfolios within Clarity.
  • Configure and manage Projects, Resources, Financials, Timesheets, and Portlets in Clarity PPM.
  • Coordinate with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.
  • Maintain project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and risk registers in Clarity.
  • Lead status reporting, dashboards, and executive-level reporting using Clarity PPM.
  • Support integrations and data migrations into Clarity PPM in coordination with technical teams.
  • Ensure adherence to PMO standards, governance, and compliance.
  • Identify risks, issues, and dependencies and drive mitigation plans.
  • Support system upgrades, enhancements, and user adoption activities.

Required Skills & Experience
  • 10+ years of experience in Project / Program Management.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Broadcom Clarity PPM.
  • Expertise in portfolio planning, resource management, financial tracking, and reporting.
  • Experience working with PPM governance models and PMO processes.
  • Strong stakeholder communication and leadership skills.
  • Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid environments.
