Clamp Forklift Truck Operator

We are seeking an experienced and safety-driven Clamp Truck Forklift Operator to support warehouse and production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for safely transporting large paper rolls, corrugated materials, and finished goods using a clamp truck attachment while maintaining product integrity and production flow. The ideal candidate has prior clamp truck experience and understands how to handle sensitive materials without causing damage. This is a direct hire role for a company in Oak Creek, WI.

Clamp Forklift Truck Operator Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Operate clamp truck forklift to move paper rolls, corrugated sheets, and finished product
  • Load and unload semi-trailers safely and efficiently
  • Supply production lines with raw materials to prevent downtime
  • Stage finished goods according to shipping schedules
  • Adjust clamp pressure appropriately to prevent product damage
  • Perform daily pre-shift forklift inspections and report mechanical issues
  • Maintain accurate material tracking and inventory documentation
  • Follow all OSHA and company safety policies
  • Maintain clean and organized warehouse areas
  • Assist with general warehouse duties as needed

Clamp Forklift Truck Operator Requirements:
