Job description

A leading food production company in Everett is hiring multiple Lift Truck Operators (LTOs) / Reach Truck Drivers to join their warehouse team.

If you have 6+ months of recent stand-up forklift or reach truck experience and are comfortable spending most of your shift operating a forklift in a cold storage environment, this could be a great opportunity for you!
This is a temporary-to-hire position with multiple shift options. Apply today to join a busy team that offers overtime and stable workload! 
 
Lift Truck Operator Job Duties:
  • Operate stand-up forklifts/reach trucks to load and unload pallets from trucks and storage racks.
  • Move and organize product throughout the facility.
  • Store and retrieve pallets from racks up to 7 levels, approximately 35 feet high.
  • Perform blind picks from double-deep racking when needed.
  • Work with the warehouse team to maintain organized and accurate product flow.
  • Follow required safety, food production, and PPE procedures.
 
Work Schedule:.
  • 1st Shift B: Sunday–Tuesday, 6:00pm–6:30am
  • 2nd Shift B: Thursday–Saturday, 6:00pm–6:30am
 
Pay: $23.00–$24.00 per hour
  • 1st Shift: $23.00 per hour
  • 3rd Shift: $24.00 per hour
 
Lift Truck Operator Job Requirements:
  • At least 6 months of stand-up forklift/reach truck experience within the last 2 years.
  • Forklift operation must make up at least 60% of the workday.
  • Crown forklift experience preferred.
  • Comfortable operating at heights up to approximately 35 feet.
  • Comfortable performing blind picks from double-deep racking.
  • Comfortable working in cold storage/freezer environments, approximately -10 to 35 degrees.
  • Able to stand for most of the shift and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Able to follow strict food production, PPE, and GMP requirements.
  • Reliable transportation required; bus transportation may be available depending on shift.
