Scalamandre is seeking to hire an experienced Customer Service Specialist for our Calhoun Georgia location. This role will be responsible for interacting with the company's showrooms and account managers by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints. They will also review orders that are sent in for accuracy to help avoid claims.

1st Shift Hours Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:30pm.
Job Description:
Accurately process all orders within one business day of submission.
Verify and cross-check order details to ensure consistency, completeness, and accuracy before processing to the floor.
Proactively troubleshoot and resolve any discrepancies or missing information, following up on order status with the mill to ensure all orders are on track.
Provide clear and timely updates to Account Managers regarding order status, outstanding issues, or required clarifications.
Respond to all inquiries related to orders.
Monitor and manage all order-related activity within HubSpot to ensure complete recordkeeping, transparency, and accurate tracking of sales processes.
Identify recurring issues and communicate trends to Sales Operations leadership to support coaching and process enhancements.
Perform other tasks and duties as assigned.

Must be extremely detail-oriented and able to work well under pressure in fast-paced environments.
