As a Product Manager, Insurance Platform at SeekWell, you'll own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of products and capabilities that help customers seamlessly use their vision insurance benefits across 1-800 Contacts and The Framery.ย 

Insurance is one of the fastest-growing areas of our business and a key driver of customer experience, operational efficiency, and revenue growth.ย You'llย partner closely with Engineering, Finance, Customer Operations, CRM, Marketing, and Insurance leadership to build scalable solutions that improve claims processing, provider integrations, benefit visibility, reconciliation, and platform automation.ย 

This role sits at the intersection of technology, operations, and business strategy.ย You'llย solve complex problems, leverage data to drive decisions, and help shape one ofย SeekWell'sย most important growth platforms.ย 

Work Environmentย 
  • Hybrid: Work from home withย 2ย daysย per week onsite in Draper, UT
  • Increased onsite collaboration during onboarding and key project milestones
  • Partner closely with Engineering, Finance, Customer Operations, CRM, Marketing, and Insurance stakeholdersย 

What you'll do

  • Own the Insurance Platform strategy, roadmap, prioritization, and execution across 1-800 Contacts and The Framery
  • Partner with Insurance leadership to expand insurance utilization and improve customer access to vision benefits
  • Drive automation initiatives that improve claims processing, reconciliation accuracy, and operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with Engineering to define requirements, write user stories, and deliver scalable solutions
  • Partner with Finance, Customer Operations, and Marketing teams to improve insurance-related customer and business outcomes
  • Work with insurance providers to support integrations, benefit validation, and platform enhancements
  • Use customer, operational, and financial data to identify opportunities, prioritize work, and measure outcomes
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives from discovery through launch and ongoing optimization
What you'll need
  • 3-5 years of Product Management experience, preferably supporting platform, data, operational, healthcare, insurance, fintech, or enterprise software productsย 
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving technical, operational, and business stakeholders
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive decisions and measure outcomes
  • Experience working closely with software engineering teams throughout the product development lifecycle
  • Ability to define product requirements, workflows, user stories, and success metrics
  • Familiarity with SQL and comfort working with data to answer business and product questions
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels
  • Ability to operate independently, navigate ambiguity, and drive outcomes with limited direction
  • Experience leveraging AI-powered tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, Gemini, or similar) to improve productivity and decision-makingย
