About the Role

As SVP, Head of Claims Intake, you have senior leadership responsibilities and manage the beginning of the claims lifecycle, ensuring accurate and timely reporting in addition to smooth and efficient operations utilizing the very best resources available.


Key responsibilities include:


  • Build high performing teams across multiple locations, regions, and lines of business; identify areas to improve intake/First Notice of Loss operations and client relations
  • Monitor staffing levels and adjust workloads to meet demands
  • Utilize technology advancements to modernize FNOL and how claims are reported, assigned, and taken action on


Skills & Experience

Minimum 10-12 years of claims management experience in areas like process improvement, customer service, and compliance. Leadership over large scale operations and teams is required.
