Sompo has a unique opportunity for a Claim Operations Analyst in our Claims Operations team.
Our Claims Operations team plays a critical role in supporting the delivery of high-quality claims services across multiple lines of business. Working closely with Claims Professionals and business partners, the team helps ensure accurate claim administration, operational efficiency, and exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders.

What you'll be doing:
  • Support the administration of claim files, including claim setup, documentation, correspondence, and coverage review support.
  • Deliver responsive service to Claims professionals, brokers, clients, and other internal and external stakeholders.
  • Process claim-related transactions and administrative activities accurately while maintaining service standards and data integrity.
  • Manage competing priorities, proactively identify issues, and help drive timely resolution and delivery of work.
  • Maintain accurate claim information across claims management systems and support the timely processing of payments, reserves, and related transactions.
  • Collaborate across the Claims organization to support operational objectives, process improvements, and special initiatives that enhance efficiency and service delivery.

What you'll bring:
  • Experience in claims support, claims operations, insurance administration, or a related insurance environment.
  • Knowledge of insurance policies, coverage forms, and basic coverage analysis.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and prioritization skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively partner with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Salary Range: $55,000 - $95,000. Actual compensation for this role will depend on several factors including the cost of living associated with your work location, your qualifications, skills, competencies, and relevant experience.
