AMGSpecialty Hospital - Hancock Campus seeks aClinical Liaison (RN or RT) to work with other Clinical/Community Liaisons, Administrators,Admission Coordinators, and the Corporate Team to help consistently increasepatient census in the hospital. The average census of the hospital provides a"group performance indicator for the CL team" and the Admit-Referral reportprovides a "specific performance indicator for the individual CL" There aretwo basic parts to the CL role: evaluate the patient and educate the medicalcommunity. This position includes driving daily to and from meetings, referralsources and potential referral sources. Clinicalexperience is required as a Registered Nurse, RN, or Respiratory Therapist, RT.

The primary focused territory for this position will be Indianapolis area hospitals.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor'sDegree or Associates Degree
  • RegisteredNurse, or Respiratory Therapist for LTACH preferred
  • One- two years related experience or training; or equivalent combination ofeducation and experience
  • ValidIndiana state driver's license
  • BLSCertification
  • Abilityto read and communicate effectively in English.
  • Mustbe able to articulately communicate, interpret and explain complex informationand comprehend written and verbal communication.
