In addition to our recent growth in Federal Civilian agencies, we are seeking to expand our capabilities in cloud development and footprint in national-security focused agencies within the Department of Defense and U.S. Intelligence Community.

We are seeking a highly qualified P-3 Orion Flight Engineer Instructor to support a critical aviation training mission in a professional government-contractor environment.

In this role, the selected candidate will provide classroom and simulator instruction to P-3 flight engineer students, evaluate student proficiency, and support the development and maintenance of training materials, exams, and simulator scenarios. This position plays a key role in ensuring personnel are trained to the highest standards in accordance with applicable operational procedures and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Delivering instruction on P-3 Orion aircraft systems, procedures, and flight engineer operations
  • Conducting training in classroom and simulator environments
  • Evaluating student knowledge, competency, and proficiency
  • Supporting the development and maintenance of lesson plans, quizzes, exams, and grade sheets
  • Creating realistic, mission-relevant training scenarios
  • Maintaining subject matter expertise in applicable operator manuals and flight publications
  • Coordinating training events and supporting simulator user qualification activities

Qualifications:

  • FAA Flight Engineer Certificate or military equivalent preferred
  • Recent experience as a P-3 Flight Engineer Instructor
  • Strong knowledge of aviation regulations, safety protocols, and flight operations
  • Comprehensive understanding of P-3 aircraft systems, avionics, navigation, engines, and mission equipment
  • Experience instructing in a simulator environment preferred
