Customer Service | Graphic Designer SpecialistThe Role

HireFrontier is seeking a creative, customer-focused Customer Service & Graphic Designer Specialist to join our growing staffing and recruitment team. If you enjoy creating compelling visual content, assisting clients and candidates, and helping businesses strengthen their employer brand, we'd love to hear from you. This role combines graphic design expertise with exceptional customer service to support our recruiting, marketing, and client engagement efforts.

What You'll Do
  • Design and produce a wide variety of digital and print marketing materials, including recruitment advertisements, social media graphics, brochures, flyers, presentations, business cards, banners, email campaigns, and employer branding materials.

  • Collaborate directly with clients, candidates, and internal recruiters to understand hiring, marketing, and branding objectives while delivering creative solutions.

  • Prepare production-ready artwork and digital assets while ensuring all materials meet quality, branding, and formatting standards.

  • Organize, name, archive, and maintain design files for easy retrieval and efficient collaboration across departments.

  • Utilize graphic design software to create, edit, and revise marketing materials (Adobe Creative Suite preferred).

  • Manage and update HireFrontier's social media platforms by creating engaging graphics and recruitment-focused content that attracts top talent.

  • Assist with employer branding initiatives, recruitment campaigns, and promotional marketing projects that support business growth.

  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting visitors, answering incoming phone calls, responding to email inquiries, and assisting clients and job seekers professionally.

  • Maintain accurate records, perform basic administrative and data entry tasks, and help keep office operations organized and running smoothly.

  • Work closely with recruiters and account managers to ensure marketing materials align with hiring campaigns and client expectations.

  • Support additional projects, administrative duties, and team initiatives as assigned.
