Job description

We are seeking a Civil Tech Engineer / Civil Technician to join a growing and collaborative engineering team. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on civil design experience who enjoys working on practical, real-world projects and contributing to a fast-paced environment.

This position offers strong exposure to site development and infrastructure projects, with the opportunity to work closely with experienced engineers and gain continued technical growth.

Compensation: $80,000 – $100,000 base + bonus

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the design and preparation of civil engineering plans and drawings
  • Support site development projects including grading, drainage, and utility layouts
  • Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D (or similar software) for drafting and design work
  • Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and internal teams to ensure project accuracy and timelines
  • Perform basic calculations and support technical documentation
  • Review plans and assist with revisions based on feedback

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of civil engineering or civil technician experience
