Successful MKA Civil Engineering Technician

  • Proficiently use Civil3D to design and apply modeling expertise in a variety of areas, including site grading, pipe networks, road alignments, and corridor modeling
  • Proficiency in creating civil engineering design elements, as well as preparing technical drawings and construction plans
  • Adept at successfully implementing developed standards to produce high quality documents
  • Are self-motivated and strive for excellence in all aspects

Requirements:
  • Associate’s degree or certificate in Civil Design Technology, Computer-Aided Drafting, or similar field
  • Experience with the following technical software: AutoCAD and Civil3D (Experience in Revit, Rhino, InfraWorks, VectorWorks, Global Mapper, and ArcGIS and/or familiarity with cloud sharing/data management platforms like ProjectWise, Autodesk Construction Cloud, BIM 360- though not required, is a plus)
  • Minimum of 6 years of relevant professional experience with Civil3D modeling experience
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts in an accessible manner
  • Understanding of civil engineering principles, site development, and construction methods
  • Experience with the following software: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and BlueBeam
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
