We support the development of large-scale data centers, industrial campuses, and research and development facilities providing civil engineering solutions that prioritize performance, reliability, constructability, and resiliency.
Our work spans early site feasibility and master planning through detailed design, permitting, and construction support. We collaborate closely with owners, architects, mission-critical engineers, contractors, and other disciplines to develop sites and infrastructure capable of meeting the operational requirements of industrial and high-tech facilities.

  • Support preparation of project proposals, scopes of work, and client deliverables.
  • Collaborate with contractors, specialty consultants, and internal project teams to guide design implementation and resolve technical issues during construction.
  • Build strong relationships with data center and industrial clients by understanding operational needs and delivering highly functional site solutions.
  • Research and interpret jurisdictional codes, utility standards, and mission-critical requirements to inform design decisions.
  • Support permitting efforts, including coordination with regulatory agencies, local jurisdictions, and utility providers.
  • Conduct site visits to assess field conditions, monitor construction progress, verify compliance, and improve constructability outcomes.
  • Contribute to the development of resilient, efficient, and sustainable site infrastructure for industrial and high-tech facilities.
  • Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices relevant to mission-critical and industrial development.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
  • 5+ years of civil engineering experience under the supervision of a licensed PE.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Washington State PE license (Civil Engineering).
  • Experience with data center, industrial, research and development, or large-site development projects.
  • Familiarity with electrical and mechanical systems and their components.
