RESPONSIBILITIES:

Drive Revenue Growth:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to expand Eastern Sierra Engineering's market share and penetrate new customer segments.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including developing proposals and responding to RFPs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders.
  • Actively participate in industry events and networking opportunities to promote the company's services.
  • Set and achieve aggressive sales targets for each office location.

Operational Leadership:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Bishop, Zephyr Cove, and Reno offices, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Develop and implement operational plans to optimize resource allocation, improve productivity, and enhance profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and company policies.
  • Manage budgets and financial performance, providing regular reporting to the CEO.
