In this role, youll manage municipal infrastructure projects and private sector site development, supported by a talented team across Iowa, including a strong presence in Eastern Iowa. From street and utility improvements to site design for commercial and residential developments, youll ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards. As a key team member, youll have the resources and flexibility to grow professionally while contributing to meaningful projects.

Goals & Responsibilities

This position includes, but is not limited to, the following duties and responsibilities:

  • Manage and deliver civil engineering projects from concept through construction
  • Oversee design efforts for municipal infrastructure and private site development projects
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to support business growth

  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in civil engineering

  • Experience in project management and client interaction
  • Basic proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D
