Job description

Brosz Engineering is seeking a motivated Civil Engineering Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in infrastructure design, project management and client interaction. This internship offers exposure to projects including roadway design, stormwater management, site development, and transportation planning.
Requirements
Design & Technical Work
  • Assist senior engineers with AutoCAD and Civil 3D drafting for roadway and site development projects.
  • Perform basic hydraulic and hydrologic calculations for stormwater management systems.
  • Support preparation of technical drawings, specifications and construction documents.
  • Conduct field measurements and data collection for ongoing projects.
  • Review and check drawings for accuracy and compliance with local standards.
Project Support
  • Participate in project team meetings and client presentations.
  • Assist with project scheduling, budget tracking and progress reporting.
  • Prepare materials and documentation for permit applications.
  • Support quality assurance and quality control processes.
  • Maintain organized project files and documentation systems.
  • Conduct site visits to observe construction progress and document conditions through photography and written reports.
