Want to spend the weekend in the city? Sacramento is just over two hours away through easy farmland and the bay area is only about three to four hours from Redding. Want to refresh your spirit by dipping your toes in the ocean? A quick three hour drive takes you through bigfoot country to the northern CA coast. As our Primary Care Physician (Internal Medicine or Family Medicine), you will join Dignity Health Medical Group – North State, a thriving 60+ provider multi-specialty group in Redding, CA. Here, you'll play a pivotal role in our 100% outpatient primary care team, which is a key service of Dignity Health Medical Foundation and aligned with Dignity Health, California's largest hospital provider. This unique opportunity offers a 4-day full-time work week, though it does require the ability to accommodate a flexible practice schedule, including rotating extended weekdays.

You will provide comprehensive, patient-centric primary care within a physician-led model, supported by strong staff and a robust referral system for easy access to specialists. You'll utilize modern EMR and PACS systems, and benefit from access to our 24/7 Hospitalist Program, all while working alongside experienced colleagues.

To be successful in this role, you will be a board-certified or board-eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician. We're looking for someone with excellent clinical skills, a commitment to delivering high-quality outpatient care, and a desire to thrive in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide evidence-based outpatient primary care to a diverse adult patient population.
• Manage a dedicated patient panel, focusing on continuity of care, health promotion, and disease prevention.
• Efficiently document patient encounters and manage medical records using EMR and PACS systems.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, including specialists and the Hospitalist Program, to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

We are offering the following incentives to eligible new hires:

• Highly competitive salary guarantee: $275,000 - $300,000 / Year for two years

Required:

• Active or eligible for a medical license in the state of California
• Board eligible or board certified in specified area of medical specialty (ABMS or AOA)
• Completion of an accredited post-graduate training program
