Job description

Job Title: CNC Mill Operator
Job Description

Set up and operate advanced milling machines, including a DMG Mori Mill with Siemens Control, a specially made Roku-Roku Mill with Fanuc Control, and a Roku-Roku Robodrill with Fanuc Control. Make necessary edits on the machine using G&M Code. Attend classes after two months to enhance your machining skills, with all expenses covered by the employer. Learn micromachining techniques and utilize microscopes and advanced quality tools to inspect parts with precision.

Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate DMG Mori Mill with Siemens Control.
  • Operate Roku-Roku Mill and Robodrill with Fanuc Control.
  • Edit machine programs using G&M Code.
  • Attend employer-sponsored classes to advance machining skills.
  • Micromachine and use advanced quality tools for inspection.
  • Inspect parts with precision using a microscope.
Essential Skills
  • Proficiency in setting up and operating CNC mills.
  • Experience with Fanuc and Siemens Controls.
  • Ability to work in a micromachining environment.
  • Strong knowledge of GD&T and blueprint reading.
